If you have encountered a problem with a mover or are dissatisfied with the quality of service they have provided you, there is a series of steps you can take in order to resolve the issue.

Step One

Contact the mover responsible directly. They want to hear what you have to say and if errors were made, letting them know is the best way to ensure they never happen again, and they want to make sure you are satisfied with their service. A list of movers and their contact information can be found here.

Step Two

Get in touch with MMA directly, we want to ensure that our members provide excellent service to all our clients, and we will do our best to make sure you feel like you were treated with respect. Information on how to contact us can be found here.

Step Three

If you think the mover has violated the law and you wish to take action, contact the Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division directly to voice your complaints.
